Affordable Trucks & Equipment is a family owned business located in Narrows, Virginia since 2005. We are committed customer service and offering the highest quality products. If you are in the area, or interested in seeing the equipment we have to offer we encourage you to stop by our office. We are conveniently located in Giles County, Virginia on Route 460 near the Celanese Plant. We are 30 miles off of Interstate 81 (Exit 118B) in Virginia, and only 22 miles off of Interstate 77 (Exit 9) in West Virginia.

Inspection of Items
We welcome and encouraged you to come inspect, operate, test or drive anything we have for sale before buying it. We understand that everyone has different expectations and sometimes you may notice something we did not. All of our pictures are original and unedited, but pictures can only show so much and items may not look as good in person as it does in the pictures. Upon request, we are willing to provide you video of any of our items.
Warranty
All items are sold “as-is” and “where-is”, with no warranty, expressed, written or implied. All sales are final and we do not offer returns of any kind. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage.

Deposits
Sometimes deposits are taken to hold an item. The specific terms of a deposit are agreed upon between the seller and the buyer on an item by item basis. All deposits are non-refundable.
Full Payment
Full payment is due as soon as an agreed purchase is made between buyer and seller.We will try to work with you as you get your funds in place but if a deposit is not agreed to and given,the item will stay for sale to the first person to make payment,please do not hesitate to call us to discuss payment options and terms. Payment types accepted :

- Certified bank check
- Please note: We do not accept PayPal for deposits
Taxes
We do not charge you tax on motor vehicles purchased; however it is your responsibility to pay any applicable taxes as required by your state or locality. If you are a Virginia resident or business, you are required to pay a 5.3% Virginia Sales Tax on all sales except motor vehicles unless you are tax exempt for resell, or if the item is for ‘Farm Use Only’. If you are tax exempt, please provide us the proper forms as needed to prove your exemption and for our records.
If you are outside of Virginia, and send payment directly to us from outside of Virginia, and if we ship the item(s) to you or you use a common carrier, we will not charge sales tax. If you arrange your own shipping , we will require a bill of laiding. If you pick up your item in person, you will be required to pay the 5.3% Virginia sales tax as required by law unless you are a tax exempt entity.
